Initial meeting and consultation to assess your existing landscape, your wishes and desires for new design work and preliminary discussion of your budget. Following this first meeting, you will receive an estimate for the design work. Upon acceptance, the next step is a detailed survey & analysis of existing site conditions.
Preliminary sketches and further discussion of design options, followed by final Schematic drawings submitted for approval with a budget estimate for installation.
Construction drawings and specifications as required for bid requests and implementation, including all materials selections and plant lists • Selection of contractors and review of bid proposals.
Periodic site visits during construction • Project management from concept to completion is essential in transferring a plan from paper to the actual landscape. Maintenance recommendations/referrals if requested.

• Designs for individual garden areas, pools and other water features, kitchen and herb gardens, urban front gardens, English style borders, meditation gardens, meadows and rain gardens, woodland and native plants gardens, structures such as decking, storage buildings, pergolas and gazebos, screen plantings, roof gardens, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, outdoor showers and work areas.

• One time advice on any issue dealing with drainage problems, new garden location, screen plantings, view enhancement, steep slope issues, exterior house colors and other issues. A consultation can save money through timely recommendations.
